From October 20 to 28, Ding Chuanxi, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the General Administration, led a team to carry out a special joint inspection on the safety production and business management of engineering construction projects for the Second Engineering Bureau, the Third Engineering Bureau, Kunming Institute and other units.

In this inspection, the safety and engineering teams are composed of safety leaders and department heads of relevant engineering construction units. Four representative projects, including general contracting of construction, general contracting of engineering, market cooperation and professional contracting of foundation and foundation, are selected, and experts are invited for on-site guidance and training. The inspection team went deep into the site to identify potential risks, put forward targeted rectification requirements and suggestions, and focused on the high-quality development of engineering construction, the compliance use of qualification enhancement, and the optimization of business model.

Ding Chuanxi affirmed the achievements of the inspected unit in engineering construction. He stressed that all units should further standardize the management of the whole process of project construction and continuously improve their safety risk management capabilities. It is necessary to define the business orientation, actively carry out professional contracting and general engineering contracting businesses around the big geology, and selectively carry out general construction contracting businesses; We should draw on the advanced management experience of our brother units and the same industry, broaden our thinking and seize market opportunities, and continue to promote the engineering construction of the State Administration to become stronger and better. The third is to carefully sort out problems and constantly improve the level of safety management. It is necessary to carefully analyze and summarize the risks and hidden dangers found in the inspection, incorporate the stubborn problems into the three-year special rectification and centralized tackling task, systematically manage and accurately implement policies, constantly improve the safety management system of the General Administration, and effectively improve the safety risk prevention ability. At the end of the year, various potential safety risks will increase.
