The State Administration held the 2021 Rule of Law Work Conference and Training Conference

On November 24, the General Administration held the 2021 rule of law work meeting and training meeting. Lu Xizhu, General Counsel of the General Administration, General Manager of the Legal Compliance Department and the Audit Department, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting comprehensively summarized the implementation of the rule of law work in the year, and planned the work priorities and specific measures for next year.  

Focusing on the central task of improving the business management level, the meeting conducted systematic training on intellectual property management, the "six prohibitions" of construction project risk management and control, contract management and legal dispute case management.

Personnel from relevant departments of the headquarters of the General Administration were in the main venue, and more than 300 people attended the meeting in the branch venue, including leaders in charge of legal affairs of all units, general counsel and personnel from relevant departments.
