Technical personnel training exchange meeting of Sinocrystal

In order to strengthen the independent research and development of the company and stimulate the technical innovation of the company's employees, the Human Resources Department organized an exchange forum for new employees and all technicians on September 17, with a total of 14 participants.

In this exchange meeting, Li Rende, the general manager, combined with his learning experience accumulated in his work, shared his experience in front line work, and triggered everyone's thinking and opinions through the question of "how to be a qualified engineering technician". This exchange meeting has collected a lot of constructive opinions. While affirming the necessity of this exchange meeting, we also have new planning ideas for our own post construction.



Li Rende, the general manager, pointed out in his summary speech that the enterprise should define the goal of R&D and innovation, take the lead in technical innovation and product R&D, make reasonable layout and planning for the company's R&D projects, establish R&D teams and carry out R&D tests in groups, require that the necessary testing equipment be equipped in place, and form an enterprise standard from raw material inspection to final product inspection; Strengthen the awareness of technical team cooperation, standardize the operating procedures of each post and process, do a good job of technical confidentiality, give play to the advantages of existing processes, carefully analyze and summarize each experimental data, deeply study the causes of problems, effectively solve technical difficulties, and hone the quality of "craftsman" with practice.
