The First Branch of Zhongjing launched a party day activity themed "Emotion Management and Stress Response"

In order to further enhance employees' ability to manage emotions and stress and improve their mental health, on August 9, the First Party Branch of Zhongjing, in conjunction with the Party Branch of the Bureau of Comprehensive Supervision, Administration and Law Enforcement of Health and Family Planning in Yiling District, held a party day activity with the theme of "emotion management and stress response" at Zhongjing Diamond, and invited Huang Xingqin, a national registered psychologist, a professor of psychology, and vice president of Yichang Psychological Society, to give a counseling lecture on mental health.

The lecture took the form of on-site interaction, starting from the actual problems of family life and work environment, and shared the methods and skills of emotional management and stress response. The whole lecture was wonderful and lively, which combined teaching with entertainment, and won the applause of the participants.

This theme party day activity effectively relieved the psychological pressure and negative emotions of employees, and further stimulated the enthusiasm of all staff members to start their own businesses. More than 50 party members and employees of the branch participated in the activity.
