Before the meeting, participants learned a series of important reports about the 20th National Congress of the CPC (CPC) from Xinhua News Agency, such as Xi Jin Pin Chairing the Congress and Delivering an Important Speech at the Closing of the 20th National Congress of the CPC in Beijing. At the meeting, participants learned the full text of the Resolution of the 20th National Congress of the CPC on the Report of the 19th Central Committee, the Resolution of the 20th National Congress of the CPC on the Work Report of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the Resolution of the 20th National Congress of the CPC on the Constitution of the CPC (Amendment).

At the meeting, around the in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the leading group members of the General Administration made a special exchange speech in close connection with their own work. Everyone agreed that the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out the direction of progress and established a guide to action for the development of the cause of the Party and the country in a new era and a new journey and for the realization of the second centenary goal. The major achievements and decisions made at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will certainly play a very important role in guiding and ensuring the overall construction of a socialist modern country, the overall promotion of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and the new victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The meeting also made arrangements for the next step of learning, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). It emphasized that the Party committees at all levels of the State Administration should take learning, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (SASAC) as the primary political task for the current and future period, in accordance with the decision of the CPC Central Committee and the work requirements of the SASAC Party Committee, as well as the arrangements for the SASAC Party Committee to learn, publicize and implement the work plan of the Twentieth National, We will work hard to integrate the thoughts and actions of the cadres and workers of metallurgical geology into the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. First, we should deeply understand the significance of the 20th CPC National Congress. We should have a deep understanding of the five principles, apply what we have learned to practical purposes, identify the focus and main attack points for the implementation of the study of metallurgical geology, plan as a whole, complete all work objectives and tasks, and put the major decisions and arrangements of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China into action with tangible results.
