The Party Committee of SASAC organizes central enterprises to convey, study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, draw wisdom from the great achievements and historical experience of the Partys centennial

Create the future, more firmly and consciously implement the original mission, better inherit and carry forward the great spirit of party building, solidly promote the development, reform, supervision and Party building of state-owned central enterprises to a new level, and show new weather, realize new achievements and make new contributions in the new era and new journey. Chen Chaoying, Tan Zuojun and Ren Hongbin, members of the SASAC Party Committee, conveyed the relevant spirit of the plenary session.

The meeting held that the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was an overall and historic event held at the important historical moment of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, and at the historic juncture when the CPC led the people to achieve the first and second centenary goals.   The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Significant Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party's Centennial Struggle, which was reviewed and passed at the plenary session, profoundly reveals "why we succeeded in the past and how we can continue to succeed in the future". It is a brilliant Marxist programmatic document, a political declaration for the new generation of CPC to keep in mind the original mission, adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics, and a historical lesson to create the future A guide to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

The meeting stressed that we should deeply grasp the spiritual essence and core essence of the Resolution and constantly draw wisdom and strength from the struggle of the Party. We should have a deep understanding of the valuable historical experience of the "Four Great Leaps", "Five Historical Significance", and "Ten Persistence" of the Party's centennial struggle, more firmly establish the historical self-confidence of the Communists, resolutely shoulder the mission of the Communists, and consciously adhere to and make good use of their spiritual wealth;   Deeply understand the "One Remembering" and "Five Musts" that the CPC needs to firmly grasp in the new era, work hard and forge ahead bravely, more firmly follow the new road of the Communists' entrance examination, and work tirelessly to achieve the second centenary goal and realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation; Deeply learn and understand the important deployment of the Resolution on economic work, especially on the state-owned economy, unswervingly strengthen and optimize the capital and state-owned enterprises of large countries, establish a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, enhance the competitiveness, innovation, control, influence and risk resistance of the state-owned economy, and constantly consolidate the important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

The meeting stressed that learning, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the plenary session should be regarded as a major political task for the current and future periods, firmly grasp the requirements of learning, publicizing and implementing the work, effectively strengthen organizational leadership, carefully coordinate and promote, unify ideas, gather consensus, strengthen confidence and enhance morale with the spirit of the plenary session, and ensure that the spirit of the plenary session is implemented in all work of state-owned central enterprises.   It is necessary to organize and carry out centralized publicity, actively use publicity resources, and promote the spirit of the plenary session into workshops, teams, and lower levels, so as to better implement it in state-owned central enterprises. We should keep in mind that "the country is the largest", closely combine the implementation of the spirit of the plenary session with the work of state-owned central enterprises, focus on "six stability" and "six guarantees", improve quality and efficiency, and ensure the high-quality completion of this year's work tasks; We will strengthen independent innovation and tackle key core technologies, and accelerate the creation of a "cradle" of original technologies and a "long chain" of modern industrial chains; Deeply promote the optimization of the distribution and structural adjustment of state-owned capital, and help accelerate the construction of a new development pattern; We will accelerate the three-year reform of state-owned enterprises and ensure that more than 70% of the reform tasks are completed by the end of the year; We should make overall plans for development and safety, focus on preventing and defusing all kinds of risks and hidden dangers, press on and tighten the responsibility for safe production, energy conservation and environmental protection, and strictly and practically do a good job in the prevention and control of normal epidemics; We will take more powerful and effective measures to improve our ability to ensure energy security and stability, and we will resolutely fight to ensure energy supply this winter and next spring; Adhere to the Party's overall leadership over state-owned enterprises, ensure the high-quality development of enterprises under the guidance of high-quality party building, and welcome the convening of the 20th National Congress of the Party with outstanding achievements.

Party members in charge of the SASAC directly managed association were present at the main venue, and members of the Party committees (leading Party groups) of central enterprises were present at the branch venue of the enterprise. The discipline inspection and supervision team of SASAC and the responsible comrades of all departments and bureaus of SASAC attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
