The meeting learned the Communiqu é of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC. Chen Chaoying, Tan Zuojun and Ren Hongbin, members of the SASAC Party Committee, conveyed the relevant spirit of the plenary session. Party members of SASAC attended the meeting. Vice ministerial cadres of SASAC and second line senior leaders attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.

The meeting held that the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is a meeting of great historical significance held at the important historical moment of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, at a critical historical juncture when the Party and the people successfully achieved the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and are moving towards the second goal of building a socialist modern power in all respects.

Practice has proved that the more important the historical juncture is, the more critical the moment is, the more important it is to highlight the core role of leaders. The more we need to strengthen the "Four Consciousness", firm the "Four Confidence", and firmly and consciously achieve the "Two Safeguards".   We must resolutely fulfill our historical mission. We should deeply understand the requirements of the plenum on economic work, especially on the deployment of state-owned enterprises in the state-owned economy. On the new journey, we should focus on "the largest of the country", firmly strengthen and optimize the capital and state-owned enterprises in the big countries, establish a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, and enhance the competitiveness, innovation, control, influence, and risk resistance of the state-owned economy.
