On December 3, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held a work deployment meeting for the "Year of Strengthening Compliance Management" for central enterprises. Weng Jieming, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

We should strengthen leaders' awareness of compliance, make decisions in strict accordance with laws and regulations, and effectively play the role of "key minority"; Establish and improve the working mechanism, speed up the breakthrough of key and difficult points, and constantly build the "three lines of defense"; Focus on overseas compliance, highlight management in key areas, and comprehensively guarantee international operation; Seriously carry out supervision and accountability, improve the long-term mechanism of "promoting management through cases", and form a closed loop of compliance management; Increase resource investment, establish an online regulatory system for compliance management, and further consolidate the work foundation.

The meeting released the fourth batch of guidelines for compliance management of central enterprises. Comrades in charge of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the State Supervision Commission, the Central Office of Administering the State by Law, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Commerce, and the General Administration of Market Supervision attended the meeting. Comrades in charge of relevant departments and bureaus of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, leaders in charge of the rule of law work of central enterprises and provincial SASAC, general legal advisers and all legal personnel attended the meeting via video.
