Workshop staff professional skills training report

In October 2021, our Production Management Department organized the first phase of workshop staff production skills training. The training was held in the office building, with a total of 29 employees participating.

This training activity is centered on fitter training and synthesiser training. From the understanding of the hexahedral press and its components to the operating procedures of each step, the handling methods of equipment failures and maintenance requirements are explained in great detail; From the understanding and cultivation of diamonds to the practical operation training of synthesis, supplemented by the explanation of the requirements of synthesis operation and the common problems and abnormal curve states in practical operation, the training has a detailed and original analysis. This training adopts the method of combining theory with practice, taking the problems encountered in our daily production as examples, deeply analyzes the causes and solutions of this problem, and strengthens the staff's sense of participation, This makes the training more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and the effect is more significant.

After the training, the Production Management Department assessed the trainees by means of written examination. The pass rate of the first round of examination was 77.8%. After the second round of make-up examination, all the employees met the basic requirements of the company. This training is aimed at enabling employees to establish the awareness of safe production, improve production quality, and put into work faster and better.
