The General Administration signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Baoding Municipal Peoples Government

Niu Jianhua, Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Committee of the General Administration, and Yan Jihong, Deputy Secretary of Baoding Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, attended the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement. Niu Jianhua expressed gratitude to Baoding Municipal Party Committee and Government for their long-term support and concern for the work of the General Administration, introduced the basic information, historical evolution and historical contributions of the General Administration, and focused on the implementation of the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee in recent years, especially the work to ensure the security of national mineral resources, and the development of six major industries, especially the development of strategic emerging industries such as geographic information and environmental governance. He pointed out that the General Administration has outstanding advantages in brand, management, technology and other aspects, has many successful cases of smart city construction and operation in large and medium-sized cities, and has strong competitiveness and leading advantages in urban underground space safety, refined management, emergency response capacity and water environment governance.
