Through investigation and analysis, finding the crux, setting goals, analyzing the causes of problems, and implementing a series of measures such as confirmation of main causes, implementation of countermeasures, and effect inspection, the QC team effectively reduced the unqualified rate of spot welding with diamond composite silencers, further improved the product quality, and promoted the improvement of personnel quality and production efficiency, It has obviously promoted the growth of product sales, achieved the goal of reducing the unqualified rate of spot welding of diamond composite silencers to less than 0.2%, and saved more than 100000 yuan in the application verification period.

It is reported that 173 QC teams from more than 80 central enterprises participated in the contest, with 30 first prizes, 92 second prizes and 51 third prizes.
